Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Demivo player app collects, why, and how it is handled. Demivo is free, contains no ads and no in-app purchases.

1. Who we are

Demivo (the "App") is a free, native IPTV player operated by Velmeron LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, USA, which is the data controller responsible for your personal data ("we", "our", "us"). The App pairs with your existing iptv.domains account to play your own playlists, channels and TV guide. It does not sell, host, or supply any media content.

2. Information we process

Account pairing

When you sign in, the App connects to iptv.domains using the credentials you provide and receives an access token plus the playlists, channels, categories and electronic program guide (EPG) associated with your own account. Your iptv.domains account data is governed by the iptv.domains Privacy Policy. We do not create a separate Demivo account for you.

On-device data

To play your content, the App stores your playlists, EPG, sign-in token and app preferences locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is removed when you sign out or uninstall the App.

Crash diagnostics

We use a third-party crash-reporting service (Google Firebase Crashlytics) to detect and fix bugs. When the App crashes, it sends a diagnostic report that may include the crash log/stack trace, your device model, operating-system version, App version, and a non-identifying installation identifier. We use this solely to improve stability.

Analytics

We use a third-party analytics service (Google Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand how the App is used in aggregate — for example which features and screens are used, session counts, app version, device type, and approximate (coarse, non-precise) region. We use this to improve the App. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell this data.

3. What we do NOT collect

  • No payment information — the App has no purchases, subscriptions, or ads (billing lives entirely on iptv.domains).
  • No precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone/camera access.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.
  • We do not host, store, or supply any media content — streams play directly from the source connected to your account to your device.

4. How the data is used

  • To sign you in and load your own playlists, channels and EPG.
  • To keep the App working, diagnose crashes, and improve features and performance.
  • To protect against abuse and technical fraud.

On-device data persists until you sign out or uninstall. Crash and analytics data are retained by our providers for a limited period in line with their standard retention settings, then deleted or aggregated.

7. Security

Connections between the App and iptv.domains are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We rely on the security controls of our infrastructure and analytics providers and restrict access to diagnostic data to what is needed to operate and improve the App.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can clear most data by signing out or uninstalling the App. For any request relating to the App, contact us at hi@demivo.com and we will respond within 30 days. Requests about your iptv.domains account should be directed to legal@iptv.domains.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International data transfers

We are operated by a U.S. entity, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) or applicable legal derogations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be noted on this page.
