Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & the App

Demivo (the "App") is a free, native IPTV player operated by Velmeron LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA ("Velmeron LLC", "we", "our", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What Demivo is

Demivo is a media-player application. It pairs with your existing iptv.domains account and plays the playlists, channels and TV guide associated with that account. Demivo does not sell, host, supply, transmit, or re-broadcast any channels, media, or content of its own. All media plays directly from the source connected to your account to your device.

3. Account required

An active iptv.domains account is required to use the App. You are responsible for your iptv.domains account and credentials, which are governed by the iptv.domains Terms and Privacy Policy. The App only plays content from the account you sign in with — you bring your own credentials.

4. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.

5. No payments

The App is provided free of charge and contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising. Any subscription or payment relating to your service is handled solely on iptv.domains, not in the App.

6. Acceptable use & your responsibility

You agree not to use the App to: access or distribute content you have no right to access; infringe any copyright or other right; circumvent security or access controls; or use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The App, the "Demivo" name and logo, and all related software and design are owned by Velmeron LLC and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or software beyond the licence in Section 4.

8. Third-party services

The App is distributed through Google Play and uses Google Firebase (Crashlytics & Analytics) for crash diagnostics and usage analytics, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, content source, or network. We are not responsible for the content, availability, legality, or quality of any stream, which originates from sources outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velmeron LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Because the App is provided free of charge, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed USD 50.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at our discretion — for example for misuse or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. Nothing here deprives you, as a consumer, of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
